2. Services Provided
PestMan offers pest control for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the UAE, including treatment for ants, cockroaches, termites, bed bugs, rodents, and reptiles, using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
3. Bookings & Quotes
- Free quotes are provided via website forms, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon mutual agreement on service date/time.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
- For certain services, a deposit may be required.
- Prices exclude any applicable municipality or government fees unless stated.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service location details and access to the property.
- Remove or cover sensitive items as advised by our technicians.
- Follow all safety and after-treatment guidelines.
6. Warranties & Limitations
- Some services include a warranty period; details will be provided in writing.
- PestMan is not liable for reinfestations caused by non-compliance with preventive measures, external sources, or property access restrictions.
7. Health & Safety
- We use Dubai Municipality approved pesticides and eco-friendly methods.
- Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or pets on-site.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and branding are the property of PestMan and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, PestMan is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Damage caused by improper client preparation or unforeseen conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
